This notice covers the current Saltwater Stories test game and its account-help website. Contact the game owner about privacy at loucollyrealty@gmail.com. Features differ between test builds; only the services used by your build apply.

Information used by the game

• Local gameplay: your merge board, story choices, café coins, settings, and local decorations are saved on your device to resume play. They are not currently uploaded as a cloud game save.
• Game account: when you sign up, Supabase processes your email, password, account identifier, and confirmation status for sign-in, verification, and password recovery. A session is stored on your device to keep you signed in. Your password is not included in the café save.
• Test purchases and wallet: the app store and RevenueCat process product identifiers, transaction history, and an app user identifier. The saved wallet stores verified test transaction references, coin balance, and owned test decorations in Supabase. This supports delivery, reconciliation, purchase reporting, and prevention of duplicate credits. Saltwater Stories does not receive your payment card details.
• Support: if you email us, we receive your address and whatever you choose to send so we can respond.

Ads and technical data

Some native test builds offer optional rewarded test ads through Google AdMob. Google’s SDK may process IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from them), device identifiers, ad interactions, and performance or crash information for advertising, measurement, and service operation. Availability depends on your build and privacy settings. See Google’s SDK data disclosure.

You can choose not to watch an ad. Where available, use Ad privacy options in the Shop to review your choices. Device privacy settings also control permissions such as advertising tracking.

Account, purchase, and website providers may process network information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure their services. The account website does not add an analytics tracker. Password-reset links contain sensitive temporary credentials; the page removes them from the visible address and uses them in memory to complete the reset.

Service providers

We use Supabase for accounts and saved test wallets, RevenueCat and the platform store for test purchases, Google for optional test ads and support email, and Sites hosting for these pages. Providers can process data on servers outside your country. Their privacy information is available from Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, and OpenAI.

Keeping and deleting information

Local progress remains on your device until you reset it or remove the app’s data; device backups may retain copies. Account and saved test-wallet records do not automatically expire while your account remains active.

The in-app test-account deletion flow removes your game sign-in account, saved test coin and decoration records, and its associated RevenueCat customer record. It does not delete your Apple or Google account, store transaction history, local café save, or emails you already sent to support. See deletion instructions and the request-by-email option.

Provider logs and backups follow the providers’ retention arrangements; this test version does not promise immediate removal from all backup systems. Support email is not automatically removed with a game account. Contact us to request its deletion or ask about any information retained for security, support, or legal obligations.

Your choices and requests

You can play local café features without creating a saved-wallet account. You can sign out, reset your password, or request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting loucollyrealty@gmail.com. We may need to verify account ownership. Rights and exceptions depend on where you live.

Children

The current test is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it. This statement is not an App Store age rating.

Changes

We will update this page when the game’s data practices change. Live purchases, live advertising, and future cloud saves require an updated review before public release.
