Delete your game account

You can remove your Saltwater Stories test account and its saved wallet.

From the game

  1. Open Shop → Saved wallet and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Tap Delete game account.
  3. Read the confirmation, enter your current game password, and confirm permanent deletion.
Deletion is permanent. This removes the game sign-in account, saved test coins, saved test decorations, and the associated RevenueCat customer record. The app signs you out when it completes.

What stays separate?

Your Apple or Google account and store transaction history are not deleted. The café and story on your phone remain separate: use How to play → Reset saved progress to reset local gameplay too. Emails you sent to support and provider logs or backups are separate; see the privacy policy.

Cannot access the game?

Send a deletion request to loucollyrealty@gmail.com from your game account email if possible. Use the subject “Saltwater Stories account deletion.” We will need to verify ownership before acting on your request. Do not include your password or recovery links.

Request deletion help

This opens a draft, not an automatic deletion. Send it from your email app.

If deletion does not finish

Follow the message in the app and try again. If the problem continues, contact support with the error message. Deletion support currently covers test accounts; this game has not enabled live paid wallets.
